Sometimes this book is like trying to read a different language. But my husband has suffered from irritable bowel syndrome for years and I know this will help. Thanks! I eat...I have started to change the way I eat also. I eat only grass fed beef, free-range organic eggs, organic milk, and organic chicken. I am glad I stumbled across your blog. I am going to look into the book and possibly the class in my area. It’s definitely a lifestyle change, but I feel like it is worth it. If you are interested or need a place to order your grass fed beef, I would suggest La Cense Beef. Their website is where I first learned about grass fed, montana beef and became completely hooked. They have lots of great information and the best part for me is I order online and they deliver it directly to me. Good luck, I look forward to updates.Karahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01488689391410029111noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6945254887934603069.post-18948047859965351942011-06-17T12:07:23.980-07:002011-06-17T12:07:23.980-07:00so proud of you for "going" for this!!so proud of you for "going" for this!!Katy @ Eat Drink & Decoratehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15818115033955594576noreply@blogger.com
